1. Scope

This policy describes how Rayadosalvaroobregon FZ LLC handles personal data when you visit rayadosalvaroobregon.com or complete a Salik tag refill, Etisalat top-up, du recharge, or Virgin Mobile UAE airtime reload through our service.

It applies to drivers, fleet administrators, and corporate billing contacts based anywhere in the United Arab Emirates — Dubai, Abu Dhabi, Sharjah, Ajman, Ras Al Khaimah, Umm Al Quwain, and Fujairah — as well as visitors initiating a Dubai toll top-up from abroad.

2. Data we collect

Account data

  • Name, email, and UAE mobile number for receipts and account recovery.
  • Optional saved Salik tag identifiers and preferred refill amounts.

Transactional data

  • Tokenised card references issued by our PCI-DSS Level 1 processor — we never store full card numbers.
  • Date, amount, and network of every recharge for audit and dispute resolution.

Technical data

  • IP address, browser type, and device family — used for fraud scoring and uptime monitoring.
  • Cookies (see our cookie policy for the exhaustive list).

3. Why we use it

  1. To complete Salik recharge online transactions and route recharge to the correct gantry system.
  2. To process UAE prepaid airtime recharge through Etisalat, du, and Virgin Mobile UAE.
  3. To detect fraudulent attempts and protect your card details from card-testing botnets.
  4. To issue receipts that satisfy UAE tax authority requirements.
  5. To improve our service through aggregated, anonymised analytics.

4. Sharing & processors

We share data with: Network Solutions UAE (payment processing), Salik PJSC (tag crediting), Etisalat, du, and Virgin Mobile UAE (mobile top-up routing), and AWS Middle East — Bahrain (hosting).

We never sell personal data. We do not share recharge histories with advertisers.

5. Retention

Transactional records are kept for thirty-six months to satisfy financial reporting rules. Marketing-related signals (such as cookie choices) reset after twelve months. You can request earlier deletion in writing.

6. Your rights

  • Access, correct, and download your stored personal data.
  • Erase any optional data not required by law (transactional records are retained for the period described above).
  • Withdraw consent for non-essential cookies at any time.
  • Lodge a complaint with the UAE Data Office if a request is not handled within thirty days.

7. Security

Transport-layer encryption with TLS 1.3. Tokenised card storage. Quarterly penetration tests by an external Dubai-based firm. Twenty-four-hour incident notification, in line with UAE PDPL guidance.

8. Children

Rayadosalvaroobregon is intended for adults eighteen years of age or older. We do not knowingly collect data from minors. Any account flagged as belonging to a minor will be closed and its data deleted.

9. Changes

Material updates trigger an in-app banner and an email to account holders thirty days before the new version takes effect. Non-material edits (typo fixes, link updates) are published silently with an updated date stamp.
