1. Acceptance

By using Rayadosalvaroobregon you agree to these terms. If you cannot agree, do not initiate a Salik recharge online or any UAE prepaid airtime recharge through this site.

2. The service

Rayadosalvaroobregon is an independent service that routes payments to Salik for tag refills, and to Etisalat, du, and Virgin Mobile UAE for mobile top-up. We are not the gantry operator, nor an MNO. We act as a payment facilitator.

Coverage runs across every emirate — Dubai, Abu Dhabi, Sharjah, Ajman, Umm Al Quwain, Ras Al Khaimah, and Fujairah.

3. Eligibility

  • You are at least eighteen years of age.
  • You hold a valid payment instrument issued in your name.
  • You are not subject to any sanctions list applicable to the UAE.

4. Your account

An account is optional. If you create one, you are responsible for keeping credentials confidential. Notify us within twenty-four hours of any suspected compromise.

Saved Salik tags and saved phone numbers must belong to vehicles or lines you legally control.

5. Payments & fees

A flat service fee of AED 1.50 applies to every Salik tag refill, Etisalat ticket, du bundle, or Virgin Mobile UAE airtime reload. The fee is shown before you confirm and reproduced on every receipt.

Card authorisations may show as pending for up to seventy-two hours before settling.

6. Refunds

  1. Failed loads are automatically reversed to the original payment method within five business days.
  2. Successful loads that you wish to dispute must be reported within fourteen days; we will investigate with Salik or the relevant operator and update you within five business days.
  3. No refund is available once a recharge has been consumed at a Dubai toll gantry or applied to a mobile line.

7. Acceptable use

You agree not to use Rayadosalvaroobregon to test stolen card details, harvest data, automate excessive requests, or to reload Salik tags registered to vehicles that you do not legally drive. Violations result in account closure and notification to UAE authorities.

8. Intellectual property

The Rayadosalvaroobregon brand, the rayadosalvaroobregon.com site, and all original written content belong to Rayadosalvaroobregon FZ LLC. Salik, Etisalat, du, and Virgin Mobile UAE are trademarks of their respective owners and are referenced only for descriptive purposes.

9. Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by UAE law, our aggregate liability is limited to the value of the transaction giving rise to the claim. We are not liable for fines issued by Salik or for indirect losses such as missed appointments, delayed deliveries, or fuel costs on a longer alternate route.

10. Law & jurisdiction

These terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates and the applicable laws of the Emirate of Dubai. Disputes are submitted to the Dubai International Financial Centre courts.
